Sport Smoke LLC – Retail Terms and Conditions
Sport Smoke accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Sport Smoke LLC reserves the right to refuse sales for any reason.
Products will normally ship within one week of receipt of your order. Any product that cannot ship in that timeframe will be placed on backorder. Backorders will be filled as product becomes available.
Shipments within New Jersey will be charged 7.00% NJ State sales tax. Exempt in state sales must be placed by phone or fax and must provide proof of exemption.
Shipping & Handling Charges
We ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping charges (including HazMat charge) will be added to each order, plus a handling charge of $5.00 per box. The weight, size, and destination of each shipment are all factors in determining the shipping costs of each order.
Due to DOT regulations, all products with pull ring or electric igniters including the TSG, BFG, Sportsman, and Skydiver are classified as HazMat shipments. These products can only be shipped directly from our Factory in certified boxes via FedEx Ground. FedEx charges an additional HazMat fee of $28.50 per box* which will be added to your basic shipping charge.
*charge is per box… If you order more than 1 HazMat item we will make every effort to fit your order into the same box and refund excess shipping charges accordingly.
HazMat packages require signature on delivery. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or package is refused, buyer is responsible for all shipping and HaZmat fees.
Orders placed and then cancelled at the customer’s request are subject to a cancellation charge of up to $25.00 if not yet shipped. Orders cannot be canceled or returned after they have shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please call Sport Smoke at 732-251-0800 as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should not be sent via e-mail.
Once shipped, all orders are final and cannot be returned or credited, except under our Warranty policy.
Sport Smoke LLC warrantees our products to be free of manufacturing defects affecting performance for 90 days from date of shipment. While we strive to produce only the best quality product, due to the nature of our product an occasional dud (or partial dud) is possible, and is not necessarily considered a defect. A significant number of duds would indicate a manufacturing defect, and these fired duds should be retained so they may be returned to the factory for evaluation. If you believe you have a warranty claim you must call Sport Smoke at 732-251-0800 for instructions, and to obtain an RMA #. Maximum liability of Sport Smoke LLC shall be limited to (at our discretion) replacement or credit of product that is returned to the factory and determined to be defective by Sport Smoke LLC.
Please Note: DO NOT return any product for any reason without first obtaining an RMA #, and NEVER ship live or unfired HazMat products.
Sport Smoke LLC’s products, like most smoke generating materials, are sensitive to atmospheric conditions. To obtain maximum shelf life, avoid exposure to conditions exceeding 90 degrees F or 65% relative humidity. Products must be stored cool and dry – improper storage voids the Warranty. When stored properly, the shelf life should be in excess of one year.

Smoke Grenades / Smoke Generators are only to be used as follows:
User understands that the purpose of a Smoke Generator is to quickly produce a large amount of smoke that does not quickly disperse, and as such, improper use can be dangerous and harmful. All reasonable precautions must be taken to prevent the possibility of inappropriate use. User further understands that Smoke Generators can ignite flammable materials under some circumstances, and therefore proper precautions must be taken to prevent fires when used near combustible materials, or in dry field conditions. All Smoke – including Superior – can irritate breathing passages without respiratory protection.
